Bachelor in Journalism and Mass Communication or B.A. Journalism and Mass Communication from Chandigarh University is a three year undergraduate course. The course will be offered in six semesters wherein the students will be offered Industry Oriented Curriculum Comparable with World’s Top Universities. Candidates who have completed their 10+2 with not less than 50% marks in any stream from a recognised board or university can appear for B.A. Journalism and Mass Communication from Chandigarh University. In order to apply, candidates will have to appear for a common entrance exam which is called CUCET. Candidates can apply in both online and offline mode. After being shortlisted, candidates will have to pay a total fee of Rs. 50, 000 for the entire course.
Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria before applying for the course. As per the prescribed criteria, a candidate must have the following:
Candidates must have passed class 12
Candidates must have secured not less than 50% in class 12
Candidates must have passed their class 12 with any subject from a recognised board/university.
Filling the form
Candidates will be able to apply for CUCET in both online and offline mode. The application process in online mode must be filled in the following steps:

Candidates must first visit the official website and log on and generate user ID and password.
Select the running phase of common entrance test
Enter name, email ID, phone number and city for registration.
Choose the programme
After registration candidates must prepare their profile.
Candidates will receive a confirmation message through SMS and to their registered email ID after registration.
Step 2 - Download e-prospectus
Candidates can download the e-prospectus by the payment of Rs. 1000/-
Application form for admission can be filled after downloading e-prospectus
Step 3 - Payment of Application Fee
Candidates must pay the application fee in online mode using debit or credit card
